These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aarvoll Shop website and store ("Service"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent that this is the case.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. Product images are for illustrative purposes; the actual product may differ slightly in appearance.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed via Stripe. If a payment fails, your order will not be placed. For subscription orders, your payment method will be charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically each month at the then-current subscription price. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Shipping

Please see our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times and fees. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund or replacement.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission.
  • Resell products purchased from us without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by or licensed to Aarvoll Shop and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aarvoll Shop's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
